Job summary

Mastercard seeks a Principal Product Manager - Technical to lead ambitious switching platform initiatives. You will shape product vision from market needs, decompose requirements into actionable features, and partner with engineering, UX, and business stakeholders to deliver high-impact solutions.

You will guide cross-functional teams, leverage data to drive decisions, and Own post-launch reviews to continuously improve the product roadmap.

Qualifications

Experience with cloud technologies (IaaS, PaaS, serverless).
Proven ability to operate in a matrix organization and drive results.
Experience with XP, TDD and BDD in software development processes.
Strong data-driven decision making and business case development.
Comprehensive experience in agile delivery (scrum, Kanban) and CI/CD.

Responsibilities

Develop platform/product visions from business needs, market opportunities, and tech trends.
Decompose requirements into features and functions driving the roadmap.
Collaborate with PMs, developers, UX designers, and business customers to define details.
Collect and share user stories with engineering teams.
Own post-launch reviews and incorporate feedback into future plans.
