Mastercard seeks a Principal Product Manager – Technical to lead strategy and execution for global, real-time switching and authorization platforms. You will own vision, roadmap, and delivery of mission-critical processing capabilities at scale, partnering with engineering and business leaders to ensure secure, reliable payment experiences worldwide.

This senior IC role requires influencing across teams and regions, shaping product strategy with a focus on availability, latency, and resiliency.

Qualifications

Significant experience in Technical Product Management for large-scale, distributed, high-availability systems.
Strong understanding of real-time platforms, APIs, integration patterns, and modern software delivery practices.
Proven ability to lead complex initiatives and influence senior stakeholders across a matrixed organization.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

Define and own the long-term product vision and strategy for switching and authorization platforms.
Translate customer, business, and ecosystem needs into clear roadmaps and priorities.
