Job summary

Schneider Electric seeks a Technical Planning Coordinator in the United States to bridge technical expertise and field execution. You will enrich work orders, identify skilled field service reps, and coordinate with planners to ensure timely, accurate scheduling and high-quality service outcomes in the field.

You will translate technical requirements into actionable details, work with multiple stakeholders, and contribute to process improvements while supporting region-specific planning for Mod

Qualifications

• 2-year degree or equivalent in experience.
• 5 years of relevant mechanical, electrical and/or power distribution service experience.
• Experience with low or medium voltage switchgear, transformers, relay protection systems, and control systems.

Responsibilities

• Support Planners in technical capabilities of job/WOs for Region 3 for Mod jobs.
• Identify the appropriate FSR to perform work based on technical qualifications.
• Identify all technical aspects of the job and communicate to Planners for execution of scheduling.
• Enrich work orders with equipment needs and technical aspects.
• Collaborate with stakeholders including but not limited to Planners, Territory Managers, Regional Directors and Sales.
• Drive process improvements with various teams and participate in SIM2 calls as needed for planning purposes.
