The role focuses on accurate order processing, timely deliveries, and compliance with vehicle maintenance and inspections.

The ideal candidate has a strong mechanical background, good communication skills, and may be bilingual.

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical background with automotive expertise.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Fluency in multiple languages, esp. Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Take and process customer orders by phone and online, invoice orders, and direct delivery scheduling for timely customer service.
• Coordinate with delivery specialists to ensure accurate picking, staging, and on-time deliveries.
• Ensure delivery vehicles are serviced and inspected as required; track daily miles in fleet systems.
• Work with Sales Specialists to provide superior service to professional customers.
• Verify all product and warranty parts are billed before customers depart; handle returns and core/warranty credits promptly.
• Support front counter and backroom duties as needed; assist with labor claims processing.
• All other duties as assigned.
