Responsibilities

• Work with installers/professional customers to develop sales relationships.
• Take customer orders over the phone and online, invoice orders, pick and stage parts for delivery, and route delivery staff to ensure timely delivery.
• Ensure delivery vehicles are serviced and maintained according to company standards.
• Ensure inspections are completed and daily mileages entered in fleet devices.
• Collaborate with Sales Specialists/Territory Managers to deliver superior service to professional customers.
• Verify product/mileage and billings before customers leave the store.
• Credit returns for cores and warranty promptly and accurately.
• Audit returns for warranty abuse and tagging/labeling.
• Assist on front or retail counter as needed and support backroom duties.
• Assist with customer labor claims ensuring quick processing.
• All other duties as assigned.
