Job summary

You will review part requests, prepare quotes and orders, track availability and shipments, and coordinate field service scheduling to ensure timely completion. Strong Microsoft Office skills and prior experience in parts coordination are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience in electronics, mechanical systems, industrial maintenance, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years experience in parts coordination, technical support, inventory management, or related role.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office application.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with field service engineers and customers to interpret part requests.
• Prepare quotes, process orders, and track shipments and backorders.
• Schedule Field Service visits and ensure engineers have required information and parts.
