Qualifications

• Bachelor-level or technical/associate qualifications in a related field preferred
• Experience coordinating parts for field service or within an industrial environment is valued
• Strong understanding of mechanical components, documentation, and inventory processes
• Proficiency with ERP, service management platforms, and office software required
• Excellent organizational, communication, and customer service skills are essential

Responsibilities

• Coordinate parts for field service calls, installations, preventive maintenance, and warranty repairs.
• Review service cases to identify parts, quantities, delivery locations, and dates.
• Coordinate sourcing and procurement of service parts.
• Cross-reference part numbers and technical information for proper fit and compatibility.
• Monitor open parts requests and communicate shortages or lead times.
• Provide backup service coordination coverage during absences or peaks.
