Job summary

Stripe is seeking a knowledgeable Technical Partner Manager for its Global Partner Engineering & Operations (PE&O) Network partnerships team. You will build and maintain relationships with partners, enable technical integrations, and drive performance for financial ecosystem collaborations.

The role requires blending technical acumen with account management and a willingness to travel as needed to meet partner needs.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required in a related field.
Minimum of 6 years in partner management or related roles.
Experience with payment technologies and ecosystems.
Strong ability to drive technical projects with external partners and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

Partner Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with financial ecosystem partners; be the primary point of contact for technical inquiries and operational support.
Technical Integration: Define and implement successful integrations with partners, ensuring all technical requirements are met and projects are delivered on time.
Performance Tracking: Set SLAs and metrics to monitor partner health and satisfaction; conduct technical reviews to improve performance.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with Engineering, Product, and Partner Development to support process improvements and technical solutions for partners.
Incident Management: Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues and communicate effectively with partners.
