Cisco is seeking a Partner Strategy Manager for Splunk CX technical partner strategy to guide observability initiatives across cloud environments. You will act as a technical authority on OpenTelemetry and APM, advising partner teams on architecture and data ingestion standards.

You will collaborate with senior leaders to scale partner programs, de-risk complex deployments, and drive ecosystem growth. The role emphasizes leadership, strategy, and cross-functional influence across geographies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years in enterprise architecture, partner solutions architecture, or partner strategy.
• 5+ years in cloud-native observability or distributed systems monitoring.
• Deep knowledge of modern observability domains and containerized environments.
• Proven leadership and ability to influence senior leaders across geographies.

Responsabilités

• Act as technical authority on Observability Cloud and OpenTelemetry for partner teams.
• Review multi-cloud monitoring architectures delivered by partner teams.
• Guide partners on Kubernetes instrumentation and data ingestion with OpenTelemetry Collector.
• Provide consultative guidance to de-risk implementations and accelerate time-to-value.
• Develop and execute partner-led customer success strategies and influence cross-functional priorities.
