Job summary

ERM seeks a Technical Partner to grow its Natural Resources practice across North America, focusing on power, renewable energy, diversified energy, and technology sectors. Hybrid role; offices across the USA.

You will lead in biological resources and ecological mitigation, mentor teams, and expand client partnerships while advancing complex environmental solutions for major infrastructure projects.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive experience in environmental consulting.
• Leadership in mitigation and ecorestoration, including endangered species and habitat conservation.
• Deep understanding of conventional and renewable energy markets in North America.
• Strong business development track record, generating and delivering multi-million-dollar programs.
• Expertise in HCPs, and regional permitting.

Responsibilities

• Lead business development and client engagement in Power, Diversified Energy, and Technology sectors.
• Provide senior technical leadership for biological resources, ecological restoration, habitat conservation, and environmental permitting programs.
• Support clients through planning, permitting, construction, and operations phases.
• Develop and grow key client relationships; identify opportunities for additional services.
• Mentor technical staff and project managers; collaborate with ERM partners to support growth.
• Drive project delivery while meeting financial, safety, and quality objectives.
