Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in automotive or related paint processes, strong color-matching skills, and proficiency with MS Office and CRM tools to support customers and internal teams.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required with 5+ years in automotive, aeronautical, heavy-duty truck, or industrial paint processes.
• Knowledge of PBE products and related materials is preferred.
• Proficiency with MS Office and CRM tools for documentation and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Ensure adherence to Health, Safety and Equipment practices during work hours.
• Demonstrate products and run line trials for customers.
• Provide in-shop product training for new and existing accounts.
• Identify root causes of product failures and suggest systemic solutions.
• Support color issue resolution with key accounts.
• Assist sales and installation of new accounts.
• Provide technical reviews of repair processes to improve product use.
