Job summary

The Bachrach Group seeks a hands-on leader to oversee daily warehouse, inventory, logistics, and equipment maintenance for a technical services team. You will supervise technicians and align priorities with ongoing projects.

You will manage schedules, coordinate shipments, troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues, and enforce safe, efficient operations. Some after-hours support and travel may be required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in warehouse ops, logistics, or related field.
• Experience supervising a team.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with repair/maintenance of technical, electronic, or electro-mechanical equipment.
• Experience with inventory management and logistics coordination.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Forklift experience is a plus.
• Willingness to travel occasionally and support after-hours work.
