Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Associate's Degree in science, engineering; OR technical field or HS Diploma/GED with 5+ years of directly applicable manufacturing experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-the-floor shift support for operations staff, including technical, training, and process support.
• Lead safety and quality investigations and author investigation reports.
• Coordinate and oversee project execution to meet timelines.
• Collaborate with PTE/PE/PRD/HSE and Quality Assurance to ensure successful tech transfer and process readiness.
