Job summary

CENTEGIX in Atlanta, GA seeks a Manager, Technical Operations to lead hardware provisioning, configuration, and deployment for our Safety Platform. You will manage on-site field engineers and installation partners to ensure efficient deployments and a world-class onboarding experience.

The role requires 5+ years in technical operations with 3+ in leadership, strong analytics, and cross-functional collaboration across Sales, Customer Success, and Operations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of proven experience in technical operations, deployment support, or field services management, with at least 3 years in a direct leadership role (preferably in the HaaS, SaaS, or IoT industry).
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Operations, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
• Expertise in metrics-driven performance management and a track record of managing complex scheduling and logistics for high-profile accounts.
• Strong operational acumen, including experience managing departmental budgets or resource allocation.

Responsibilities

• Lead Technical Operations Engineers and Mapping Specialists; mentor and develop the team.
• Build strategic framework for provisioning, mapping, and scheduling workflows for scalability.
• Oversee hardware/software provisioning of CENTEGIX Safety Platform components; ensure on-site installations.
• Serve as primary technical escalation point for Field Engineers and partners; maintain up-to-date SOPs.
