Job summary

TreeHouse Foods—Cambridge site in Maryland—is seeking a Senior Manager, Technical Operations to lead and shape the site’s engineering and maintenance functions. You will drive capital planning, reliability programs, and safety initiatives while managing cross‑functional collaboration with internal and corporate teams.

Ideal candidates bring 10+ years in technical leadership within food manufacturing, strong project execution skills, and a background in sanitary design.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive technical leadership, including maintenance/engineering leadership.
• BS in an Engineering discipline; advanced degrees or PM training a plus.
• Experience with AutoCAD, MS Project, SAP PM (or CMMS) is expected.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the site’s technical health and strategic vision.
• Manage capital projects and optimize capital efficiency at the site.
• Drive reliability programs, safety, maintenance costs, and equipment life extension.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and corporate technical groups.
• Foster a culture of technical excellence and change leadership.
