Responsibilities

• Form and lead cross-functional teams to develop a 5-year capital plan for US/Canada facilities.
• Ensure capital projects follow Capital Initiative Management guidelines and meet targets.
• Oversee KPI domains: safety, CQV, on-time delivery, cash flow, and budget.
• Partner with sourcing to develop procurement strategies for projects.
• Review business-case scopes and estimates with leadership for prioritization and approval.
• Mentor and coach team members to meet engineering needs.
