TreeHouse Foods, Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager, Engineering to lead capital planning and execution across multiple food manufacturing facilities in the US and Canada.

This role guides a high-performing engineering team and coordinates a 5-year capital plan aligned with our business strategy. You will manage the Capital Initiative Management program, drive KPI excellence, mentor engineers, and collaborate with Operations, Quality, EHS, IT and Finance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
• Experience in aseptic environments and capital project execution.
• Experience in multi-site capital planning across locations.
• Lean Capital Initiative Management experience.
• Strong communication with senior leadership; able to influence.
• Proficient CAD and Microsoft Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead a 5-year capital plan across US/Canada manufacturing facilities.
• Oversee projects using the Capital Initiative Management process.
• Monitor KPIs: safety, food safety, budgets, on-time delivery.
• Collaborate with Operations, Quality, EHS, IT and Finance.
• Mentor team members and develop engineering talent.
• Travel ~50% across US/Canada.
