Job summary

TreeHouse Foods is seeking a Senior Manager, Technical Operations for the Manawa, WI facility. You will lead the site’s technical and engineering strategy, drive capital planning, and oversee reliability programs to ensure safe, efficient operations aligned with business goals.

Ideal candidates bring 10+ years in technical leadership, experience with AutoCAD, SAP PM, CMMS, and TPM principles, plus strong capital management and MS Office proficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field is required; advanced degree or PM training is preferred.
• Progressive technical leadership experience of 10+ years, including leading Maintenance and Engineering.
• Experience with AutoCAD, MS Project, SAP PM or CMMS is required for maintenance programs.
• Experience with processing, filling, packaging, utilities and reliability systems in food manufacturing.
• Excellent capital management and project execution skills, including projects around $3M-$5M.
• Strong sanitary design knowledge and project chartering concepts.
• Operational TPM experience is preferred, with standard work and pillars.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required.

• Lead the capital management process and a 5-year site vision.
• Execute and support capital and non-capital projects with stakeholders.
• Identify cost-effective technical solutions to reduce project costs.
• Improve site safety, maintenance costs, productivity, and equipment life.
• Promote Zero Loss and Zero Breakdown mindset.
• Foster technical problem-solving and reapplication of best practices.
• Develop technical capabilities and new working methods to boost site performance.
• Collaborate with site leadership, Engineering, Reliability, IT, and others to align objectives.
• Maintain accountability for Progressive Maintenance and Initiative Management Pillars.
