Responsibilities

• Mentor technicians, coordinate scheduling, and manage work orders and warranty claims.
• Ensure safety training and PPE usage across the service center.
• Serve as a revenue-generating technician; target 50% service call application rate.
• Provide advanced technical support on complex jobs via phone or in person.
• Manage warranty work orders and assist with pre-authorization claims.
• Lead technical training, development, and mentorship of technicians.
• Collaborate with EHS and Technician Development to deliver training on generator service.
• Manage Service Center library of software, bulletins, SOPs.
• Coordinate with Nixon TSC and Kohler on known product issues.
• Provide classroom or hands-on training on generator service.
• Support switchgear training and collaboration as needed.
• Identify training deficiencies and suggest training paths.
• Assist Kohler warranty claims process.
• Other duties as assigned.
