Qualifications

• 6+ years of software, automation, data pipelines, or related experience.
• Strong Python skills for scripting, automation, and data processing.
• Ability to build across the stack: web apps, APIs, databases, cloud infra.
• Experience with APIs, auth systems, webhooks, and third-party integrations.
• Strong SQL and data modeling for operational and analytical datasets.
• Hands-on AI tools and platforms to accelerate development and automate workflows.
• Production systems operations, incident response, and reliability maintenance.
• Excellent communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• High ownership, curiosity, adaptability, and practical problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Build and deploy internal web apps end to end (frontend, Python backend, data models).
• Develop and operate data pipelines (ETL) from ERP/CRM/data warehouses/web sources.
• Integrate internal and external platforms via REST APIs and webhooks.
• Embed AI into workflows: retrieval, extraction, classification, drafting, routing.
• Own system monitoring and incident response; triage alerts and coordinate resolution.
• Serve as a technical resource across departments, translating requests into tools and reports.
