As the primary operations lead on our onsite team, you will collaborate directly with leadership to architect intelligent systems, optimize operational workflows, and ensure the reliability of our day-to-day business functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and optimize AI-driven workflows, automations, and internal toolsets.
• Develop robust automation solutions utilizing Zapier, Make, n8n, APIs, and webhooks.
• Enhance data integrity, develop insightful dashboards, and manage internal reporting portals.
• Monitor system performance, conduct proactive troubleshooting, and perform root-cause analysis.
