Qualifications

• 6+ years of software, automation, data pipelines, or related experience.
• Strong Python skills for scripting, automation, and data processing.

• Strong SQL and data modeling for operational and analytical datasets.

Responsibilities

• Build and deploy internal web apps end to end (frontend, Python backend, data models).

• As a Technical Operations Engineer,you will drive the development of the systems, tools, automations, andintegrations that power internal operations. Sitting at the intersectionof technology and business operations, you will work across departments toidentify opportunities, solve complex operational challenges, and buildscalable solutions that improve efficiency, reliability, anddecision-making across the organization.
  
• This is a highly hands-on role forsomeone who enjoys both building and operating systems. You will ownprojects from concept through deployment, developing internalapplications, automations, integrations, and data workflows that supportteams across the business. You will also serve as a key technical resourceduring operational incidents, helping diagnose issues, coordinateresolution efforts, and continuously improve the systems that keep runningsmoothly.

Whatyou'll do

• Buildand deploy internal web applications end to end, including modern webfrontends, Python backends, and the underlying data models that helpreplace spreadsheets and manual processes. Own the deployment, monitoring,and ongoing operation of the solutions you build.
  
• Developand operate data pipelines (ETL) that ingest data from multiple sources,including ERPs, CRMs, data warehouses, and scraped web sources. Normalize,clean, validate, and deliver data in a form that teams and applicationscan use effectively. Monitor pipeline health and respond when issuesoccur.
  
• Integrateinternal and external platforms through REST APIs and webhooks, includingCRM, ERP, ticketing, messaging, identity, data warehouse, and logisticsproviders, enabling reliable data flow across the business.
  
• EmbedAI into operational workflows, including retrieval over internalknowledge, document and data extraction, classification, drafting, androuting. Apply the appropriate tools and approaches to accelerateresearch, reviews, and decision-making.
  
• Ownsystem monitoring and incident response by triaging alerts, assessingseverity, investigating logs and metrics, identifying root causes,coordinating resolution efforts, and communicating status updates tostakeholders.
  
• Serveas a technical resource across departments, translating requests fromnon-technical teams into practical solutions, whether through reporting,process improvements, automation, or custom-built tools.
  

Whatyou'll bring

• 6+years of experience building software,automations, data pipelines, or technical solutions in roles such assoftware engineering, technical operations, data engineering, systemsengineering, automation engineering, or analytics engineering.
  
• Strongproficiency in Python for scripting, automation, backend services, anddata processing.
  
• Abilityto build across the stack, including modern web applications, APIs,databases, and cloud infrastructure.
  
• Experienceworking with APIs, authentication systems, webhooks, and third-partyplatform integrations.
  
• StrongSQL and data modeling skills, with the ability to work comfortably acrossoperational and analytical datasets.
  
• Handson experience using AI coding assistants and modern AI platforms toaccelerate development and automate workflows.
  
• Comfortoperating production systems, troubleshooting issues, investigatingincidents, and maintaining reliable services.
  
• Strongproblem-solving skills and the ability to independently take ambiguousrequests from idea to implementation.
  
• Excellentcommunication skills and the ability to work effectively with bothtechnical and non-technical stakeholders.
  
• Highownership, curiosity, adaptability, and a bias toward building practicalsolutions that create measurable business impact.
