Sound Credit Union is seeking a Technical Operations Delivery Owner to join our team in Washington. The role focuses on managing day-to-day operational items for the Technical Solutions Team while coordinating with engineering leaders to balance priorities and capacity.

You will serve as the operational hub connecting several workstreams and stakeholders across the organization, with a hybrid schedule and competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience coordinating technical operations, infrastructure delivery, project or program work.
• Experience working with engineering teams, vendors, and balancing competing priorities.
• Bachelor's degree preferred, with emphasis in Computer Science or Information Technology.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operational items, technical tasks, and business-requested initiatives for the Technical Solutions Team.
• Define scope with technical leaders, track engineering capacity and priorities, and communicate status to stakeholders.
• Serve as the operational hub connecting workstreams, priorities, dependencies, and stakeholders.
