Job summary

Sound Credit Union is seeking a Technical Product Manager - Lending to lead the full lifecycle of lending products and channels for members and staff. You will collaborate with vendors, stakeholders, and technical teams to shape roadmaps and delivery strategies.

Requirements include 2+ years in product management, 2+ years in technical product delivery, Agile experience preferred, and a high school diploma (Bachelor’s in CS/IT preferred).

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in product management.
• 2+ years of experience in technical product implementation and management.
• 1+ years of Agile experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred in Computer Science or Information Technology, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Your Compensation:

The target salary range for this position is $91,200 - $114,000, depending on previous experience and education. The full salary range is $91,200 - $136,800.

What You’ll Do:

In addition:

• Must be bondable.
• Employer sponsorship to secure or maintain employment authorization is not available.

Our Hours:

A hybrid schedule Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM, with occasional after-hours required. This position works 40+ hours per week as business needs dictate. In your role you will have the ability to combine in-person and remote work.
