Sound Credit Union is seeking a Technical Operations Delivery Owner to join our team in Washington. The role focuses on managing day-to-day operational items for the Technical Solutions Team while coordinating with engineering leaders to balance priorities and capacity.

You will serve as the operational hub connecting several workstreams and stakeholders across the organization, with a hybrid schedule and competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience coordinating technical operations, infrastructure delivery, project or program work.
• Experience working with engineering teams, vendors, and balancing competing priorities.
• Bachelor's degree preferred, with emphasis in Computer Science or Information Technology.

• Manage day-to-day operational items, technical tasks, and business-requested initiatives for the Technical Solutions Team.
• Define scope with technical leaders, track engineering capacity and priorities, and communicate status to stakeholders.

Your Compensation

Our pay ranges are built to allow for candidates with various levels of skill and experience to be considered and provide room for growth over time. The target salary range for this position is $91,200 - $114,000 depending on previous experience and education. The full salary range is $91,200 - $136,800.

What You'll Do

• Manage day-to-day operational items, technical tasks, and business-requested initiatives for the Technical Solutions Team.
• Work with technical leaders to define scope, maintain visibility into engineering capacity and priorities, facilitate sprint planning, and communicate status, dependencies, and resource constraints to stakeholders.
• Serve as the operational hub for Technical Operations, connecting the many workstreams, priorities, dependencies, and stakeholders that support the day-to-day operations.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience coordinating technical operations, infrastructure delivery, project or program work, service delivery, or another closely related function is required.
• Experience working with engineering teams, vendors, operational work queues, and competing priorities is strongly preferred.
• Bachelor's degree preferred, with an emphasis in Computer Science, or Information Technology; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.

• Must be bondable.

Our Hours

A hybrid schedule Monday - Friday 8 AM - 5 PM. In your role you will have the ability to combine in-person and remote work.
