Qualifications

• 3–5 years of sales or marketing experience in the steel/metals industry is a plus.
• Solid technical foundation with ability to translate complex processes into customer solutions.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally, nationally, and internationally (25-30%).

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to understand needs and propose technical solutions.
• Work with Director of Sales to drive business across multiple units.
• Oversee orders, deliveries, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure service quality.
• Collaborate with sales staff to stay current on steelmaking processes and product disposition.
