Zaddy Solutions in New Castle, PA is seeking a Technical Sales Representative to blend technical expertise with relationship-building. You’ll act as a technical advisor to customers, supporting order-to-delivery, pricing, and process planning for steel ingot and billet production.

You’ll partner with the Director of Sales to drive growth across multiple units, maintain strong customer relationships, and ensure exceptional service while traveling locally, nationally, and internationally (25-30%).

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering required; Metallurgy or Materials Science strongly preferred.
• 3-5 years of sales or marketing experience in the steel or metals industry is a plus.
• Solid technical foundation with the ability to translate complex processes into customer-focused solutions.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally, nationally, and internationally (25-30%).

Responsabilités

• Serve as technical advisor and trusted partner to customers, helping them understand how capabilities support operations.
• Partner with Director of Sales and drive business across units while ensuring customer satisfaction from inquiry to delivery.
• Engage customers to understand needs and propose right technical solutions; build lasting relationships with prompt, knowledgeable service.
• Review inquiries, establish pricing, and develop process plans for steel ingot and billet production; stay current on steelmaking processes.
• Oversee orders, track profitability, and improve sales and customer service processes.
