TwelveLabs is seeking a Technical Marketing Writer to translate our video AI technology into clear, engaging content for developers, creators, and marketers. You’ll craft tutorials, explainers, and forum posts that make multimodal video capabilities approachable and actionable.

You’ll own on-page SEO and collaborate with product, engineering, and partner marketing teams to keep content accurate and current. Occasional travel up to 10% for conferences and on-site discussions is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience writing technical or product content for a mix of audiences, ideally including developers and non-technical readers.
• Portfolio showing ability to simplify complex concepts without dumbing down and adjust register by reader.
• Ability to read documentation, follow code samples, and participate in engineering conversations to extract writing material.
• Working knowledge of SEO fundamentals and how content and search intersect.
• Strong structure instincts to build usable guides or tutorials.
• Comfort moving between long-form guides and short-form posts or social captions.

Responsabilités

• Write blog posts, guides, video outlines, and tutorials for developers, creators, and AI-native builders.
• Own SEO and on-page optimization with external SEO support.
• Create educational resources that lower the barrier to understanding video AI for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Write technical articles for external placement on developer forums and news sites.
• Support email and social copy when accuracy matters.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and partner marketing to stay current on TwelveLabs capabilities.
• Monitor competitors' messaging to sharpen our voice.
