TwelveLabs is seeking a Technical Marketing Writer to translate complex video AI technology into approachable content for developers, creators, and AI-native builders. You’ll craft blogs, tutorials, and explainers, while landing clear messages across SEO-optimized formats.

You’ll collaborate with product, engineering, and marketing to stay current on model capabilities and roadmap, creating impactful educational resources and external posts.

Qualifications

• Experience writing technical or product content for a mix of audiences, including developers and non-technical users.
• Ability to simplify complex technical concepts without talking down to readers and adapt tone for different audiences.
• Comfort reading documentation, following code samples, or joining engineering discussions to surface writeups.
• Familiarity with SEO fundamentals and how content and search intersect.

Responsibilities

• Write blogs, guides, tutorials, and outlines for developers to creators and AI builders.
• Own on-page SEO and collaborate with SEO/web dev support to ensure content is discoverable.
• Create explainers and how-tos that lower barriers to understanding video AI.
• Draft technical articles for external placement on forums and industry sites.
• Support email and social copy with accurate technical nuances.
• Partner with product, engineering, and marketing to stay aligned on TwelveLabs capabilities and roadmap.
• Monitor competitors and the broader video AI space to sharpen messaging.
