Job summary

TwelveLabs is hiring a Technical Marketing Writer to translate complex video AI technology into accessible content for developers, creators, and marketers. You’ll produce tutorials, explainers, and how-tos, while ensuring technical accuracy and engaging narrative across formats.

You’ll collaborate with product, eng, and marketing teams, maintaining SEO and adapting tone for diverse readers, including through forums, docs, and external publications. Some travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience writing technical or product content for mixed audiences (developers and non-technical users).
• Ability to simplify complex concepts without dumbing down, adjust register by reader.
• Read documentation and follow code samples to generate content.

Responsibilities

• Write blog posts, guides, outlines, and tutorials for diverse audiences.
• Own SEO and on-page optimization with external support.
• Create explainers and overviews lowering barriers to understanding video AI.
