TwelveLabs seeks a Technical Marketing Writer to translate our video AI tech into engaging content for developers, creators, and AI-native builders. You’ll craft tutorials, explainers, blog posts, and forum content, while keeping product nuance accurate and accessible.

You’ll partner with product, engineering, and marketing to stay aligned on capabilities and roadmap, and help readers understand how Claude, ChatGPT, and MCP servers fit into our ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Experience writing technical or product content for a mix of audiences, including developers and non-technical readers.
• Portfolio showing ability to simplify complex technical concepts without dumbing them down and adjust register.

Responsibilities

• Write blog posts, guides, video outlines, and tutorials for developers, creators, and AI-native builders.
• Own SEO and on-page optimization with external SEO and web dev support.
