Maui Jim is seeking a dedicated Training Specialist to design, develop, implement and deliver training programs for our US Sales Force, Retail Partners and Marketing teams. You will ensure consistent delivery, collaborate with subject matter experts, and contribute technical knowledge to campaigns and product launches.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required; 3+ years optical industry experience preferred.
2+ years in training and development preferred.
ABO certification preferred, not required.

Responsibilities

Design and deliver training programs for Maui Jim US Sales Force, Retail Partners and Marketing.
Collaborate with SMEs to develop content for campaigns and products.
Lead seminars, workshops, webinars, and onboarding sessions.
Coordinate training schedules and manage budgets and vendors.
