Job summary

You will work with the CMO and a third-party agency to drive visibility, thought leadership and ROI across web, social, video and email, while collaborating with subject matter experts and the design team to storyboard and execute campaigns.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in communications or marketing.
• Strong writing, editing and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into engagement public-facing content.
• Experience contributing to corporate social media accounts.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and analytics; ability to interpret campaign metrics and make data-driven recommendations.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage digital content strategies — including social media, blogs, newsletters, videos and email campaigns.
• End-to-end social media management.
• Manage day-to-day content updates to company website via CMS.
• Write and create external marketing materials to include brochures, presentations, data sheets, case studies, white papers, and other creative assets, etc.
• Track organic digital campaign analytics, reporting on engagement metrics, performance and ROI.
• Assist with other departmental projects on an as-needed basis.
