Job summary

AIM Solder is seeking a Content Marketing Specialist to bridge AIM Clients, Technical Departments, Marketing and the PCB assembly industry. You will craft content that conveys our brand voice and translates complex manufacturing topics into accessible materials for training, web, social media, and publications.

The ideal candidate combines technical curiosity with creative writing, excellent organization, and the ability to manage multiple projects to meet deadlines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in English, journalism, communications, marketing or related field.
• Experience in B2B manufacturing industry a plus.
• Strong writing skills for multiple channels.
• Ability to explain complex ideas clearly and concisely.
• Very organized and detail-oriented; able to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Shape and maintain messaging frameworks and content narratives aligned with campaigns and customer challenges.
• Create, update and maintain content for blogs, landing pages, emails, ads, training guides, presentations, websites and social media.
• Turn market insights and industry trends into compelling content initiatives.
• Ensure messaging consistency across all channels and materials.
