Responsibilities

• Lead training, talent development, engagement, retention and coaching for 20–30 project engineers.
• Own the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) and lead schedule execution for IPTs.
• Provide engineering staffing and labor planning for RF-based space payloads and space vehicles.
• Support pursuits and proposals with Basis of Estimates as needed.
• Obtain and maintain government security clearance.
