Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 12 years of related experience, or graduate degree with 10 years, or 16 years of experience in lieu of a degree.
• Experience directly managing employees in an integrated engineering organization.
• Active TS/SCI security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead training, talent development, engagement, retention, and overall management for 20–30 project engineers.
• Owns the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) and leads scheduling across IPTs.
• Provide engineering staffing and labor planning for programs and internal projects.
• Support pursuits and proposals, including Basis of Estimates (BOEs) as needed.
