Job summary

L3Harris Technologies, Inc. seeks an experienced Program Manager to lead a portfolio of space communication programs within Global Networks, covering development, production and sustainment across space and ground systems.

You will own cost, schedule, and technical performance, drive customer satisfaction, and coordinate across engineering, operations, contracts, and leadership to meet program objectives and milestones.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related technical field with 6+ years PM experience; or a graduate degree with 4+ years experience.
• Active DoD security clearance or ability to obtain one.
• Ability to travel up to 10% annually.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end execution of programs with cost, schedule, and technical performance alignment.
• Prepare and deliver program status reviews covering financials, schedule, risk, and technical performance.
• Serve as primary customer contact, maintaining regular communication and managing expectations.
• Establish baselines and milestones; identify variances and drive corrective action.
• Ensure compliance with policies, regulations, and industry standards.
• Lead cross-functional teams, promoting collaboration and high performance.
• Manage IMS, risk registers, and action items across concurrent workstreams.
• Lead contract closeout activities, including delivery verification and final billing.
