Novolex is seeking a Technical Manager to oversee Maintenance, Engineering, Printing, Production, and Facilities. The role leads the maintenance team to maximize production while meeting cost targets and budgets.

Qualifications

• 5 years manufacturing experience with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills.
• Experience managing capital budgets and engineering expenses.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for Engineering and Maintenance to maximize production while controlling costs.
• Manage plant capital budget and engineering expenses.
• Ensure maintenance of facilities and production equipment and environmental compliance.
• Coordinate capital deployment opportunities and CAR submissions.
• Support safety programs and provide engineering resources to sustain production.
