Job summary
Universal Studios Hollywood seeks a Technical Manager – Entertainment Technical to lead planning, design, and delivery of interactive entertainment projects, live shows, and seasonal activations. You will coordinate across Entertainment, Technical Services, Creative, Operations, Safety, and vendors to ensure safe, on-time execution aligned with creative intent.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
- 7+ years in special events/theatrical production/related field.
- 3+ years of leadership managing projects/teams.
- Experience delivering complex entertainment projects with multiple stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Lead planning, development, and execution of entertainment projects, live shows, and seasonal activations.
- Coordinate across Entertainment, Technical Services, Creative, Operations, Safety, vendors, and authorities.
- Provide technical leadership from concept through installation, commissioning, and turnover.
- Ensure compliance with codes, standards, and safety requirements.
- Manage schedules and budgets; communicate status to leadership.
