Job summary

AlexRenew is seeking a Learning and Talent Development Technical Specialist to design, deliver, and evaluate training for Operations and Maintenance staff. You will collaborate with supervisors and SMEs to build curricula, track progress, and ensure programs improve performance and knowledge transfer.

The role emphasizes hands-on and theoretical instruction, onboarding and leadership development, and coordination of licensing/certification support with internal teams and external vendors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, HR, education, training, or related field preferred.
• Experience in learning and talent development and training delivery.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and evaluate adult learning programs.
• Coordinate training with departments to align with goals.
• Support Apprenticeship program logistics and registrations.
• Assess training needs and measure program effectiveness.
• Mentor employees for licensing and certification preparation.
• Maintain training data in HR systems and LMS.
• Identify subject matter experts and coordinate training delivery.
• Link training to individual development plans and talent strategy.
