Harvest Hill Beverage Company is seeking a Technical Manager to lead Sherman site initiatives, coordinating with internal and external resources for successful execution.

The role includes coaching maintenance and technical teams, driving performance metrics, and contributing to company-wide projects. Strong engineering background and 7–10 years of leadership in beverage manufacturing are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent technical major; 5–7 yrs experience.
• 7–10 years in a technical leadership role in manufacturing/beverage environment.
• Experience managing large projects (>$1MM).
• Lean/Six Sigma exposure or training.
• Excellent English communication; bilingual Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership for new product/process initiatives at Sherman site.
• Coach and develop plant technical leaders and maintenance teams.
• Drive plant performance: Throughput, OEE, capacity utilization.
• Collaborate with pillars to build technician capabilities.
• Support 15–30% travel as needed.
