Job summary

Nightwing seeks an experienced Technical Lead to define architectural direction for the unified AMS/FIPE platform. You will drive engineering standards, oversee microservices and cloud-native implementations, and guide the team to deliver secure, scalable solutions that meet mission requirements.

Responsibilities include architecture artifacts, DevSecOps oversight, and alignment with government standards, with travel to NCR and San Antonio as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 14 years of software development and architecture experience.
• Experience with microservices architecture and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Proficiency in multiple programming languages (Python, Java, Go, or similar).
• Strong knowledge of cloud-native technologies and multi-cloud environments.
• Experience with workflow orchestration engines and automation platforms.
• Familiarity with UML 2.x and architecture documentation standards.
• 5+ years of experience in offensive cyber operations or related mission areas.
• Active TS/SCI clearance; must be US citizen.

This position requires deep expertise in enterprise-grade system architecture, microservices development, and cloud-native technologies. The Technical Lead ensures technical coherence across all development efforts, defines engineering standards, and guides the team in implementing scalable, secure, and resilient solutions that meet mission requirements.

• Strong knowledge of cloud-native technologies and multi-cloud environments
• Experience with workflow orchestration engines and automation platforms
• Familiarity with UML 2.x and architecture documentation standards
• 5+ years of experience in offensive cyber operations or related mission areas
• Active TS/SCI clearance
• Must be U.S. citizen

Salary & Benefits

The salary associated with this position ($122,000-$253,000) is commensurate with the selected candidate's qualifications, years of relevant experience, and demonstrated level of expertise. Compensation will be determined based on these factors to ensure alignment with skills, responsibilities, and market standards.
