Job summary

Nightwing is seeking an Expert Software Engineer to provide technical leadership for the unified AMS/FIPE solution. You will work on high-visibility, mission-critical components, set engineering standards, and guide development teams to deliver robust, secure software at scale. The ideal candidate has 14+ years in software engineering, deep cloud-native and security expertise, and active TS/SCI with CI Polygraph.

U.S. citizenship is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 14 years of software engineering experience with 5+ years in cyber operations
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent substitution)
• Expert-level knowledge of distributed systems architecture
• Deep expertise in multiple technology stacks and programming paradigms
• Extensive experience with cloud-native development and multi-cloud architectures
• Advanced understanding of security principles and secure coding practices
• Proven track record leading complex technical implementations
• Strong knowledge of offensive cyber operations mission requirements
• Experience with workflow orchestration and automation platforms
• Active TS/SCI clearance with CI Polygraph
• Must be U.S. citizen

Salary & Benefits

The salary associated with this position ($122,000-$253,000) is commensurate with the selected candidate’s qualifications, years of relevant experience, and demonstrated level of expertise. Compensation will be determined based on these factors to ensure alignment with skills, responsibilities, and market standards.
