ValueMomentum in Peoria, IL is seeking a Technical Lead for GhostDraft-based CCM solutions. You will design, develop and maintain end-to-end document lifecycle applications and work closely with customers to capture requirements. You will lead technical delivery, implement testing, review code, and ensure performance and cost optimization.

Experience with Java, shell scripts, Cobol, .NET, and mainframe/Unix is valued. Competitive compensation and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Experience end-to-end document lifecycle and GhostDraft.
• Experience in scripting or programming languages (Java, shell script, Cobol, .net).
• Good debugging and error solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop end-to-end CCM applications
• Integrate output queues for printing and electronic channels
• Understand the customer requirement and finalize the input file structure
• Thorough understanding of different output formats (AFP, PDF, HTML5, LIVE, Empower)
• Design and plan business and technical understating documents
• Create developer and reviewer checklists
• Create unit test cases for unit testing/SIT and UAT
• Perform effective QA
• Identify performance tuning and cost saving activities within project
• Follow the best practices while development and unit testing period
• Effectively review daily deliverables
• Participate in weekly project status calls with customers
