Our client is looking for a Sr. SmartCOMM Developer to join their team on a contract-basis. This position will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining SmartCOMM documentation and correspondence solutions for complex enterprise systems.

Job Summary

The Senior SmartCOMM Developer is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining SmartCOMM documentation and correspondence solutions for complex enterprise systems. This role also provides technical leadership, guidance, and mentoring to junior developers while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, scalable communication solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain SmartCOMM templates, layouts, style sets, and data models
• Build and support documentation and correspondence for multiple communication channels
• Perform data modeling to ensure efficient data processing and management within SmartCOMM
• Conduct testing and validation to ensure solution quality, accuracy, and functionality
• Integrate SmartCOMM with other enterprise systems (e.g., CRM platforms) using APIs
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Optimize templates and data models for performance, scalability, and maintainability
• Provide technical leadership and mentoring to junior developers
• Support ongoing enhancements, troubleshooting, and production issues
• Work within an Agile development environment
