Job summary

Compunnel, Inc. is seeking a Technical Lead with deep SmartCOMM expertise to design, develop, and maintain end-to-end CCM applications, guiding implementation from requirements to deployment.

You will work with GhostDraft Hub, Studio, Data Workbench and Configuration Manager to produce PDF and print outputs, while collaborating with customers on input file structures and performance improvements. This role requires strong debugging skills and experience across AFP, PDF, HTML5, LIVE, and Empower

Qualifications

• Extensive experience with SmartCOMM and the end-to-end document lifecycle.
• Experience developing end-to-end CCM applications.
• Hands-on with GhostDraft Hub, Studio, Data Workbench, and Configuration Manager.
• Experience communicating directly with customers to understand requirements and finalize input file structures.
• Experience with Java, Shell Script, COBOL, or .NET.
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with document generation and output formats such as AFP, PDF, HTML5, LIVE, and Empower.
• Understanding software development methodologies for design, coding, testing, and modification.

Responsibilities

• Develop end-to-end CCM applications.
• Integrate output queues for printing and electronic channels.
• Understand customer requirements and finalize input file structures.
• Design and plan business and technical understanding documents.
• Create developer and reviewer checklists.
• Create unit tests for unit testing, SIT, and UAT.
• Perform QA activities and identify improvements.
• Review daily deliverables and participate in weekly status calls.
• Apply system methodologies for full development lifecycle.
• Work with multiple output formats (AFP, PDF, HTML5, LIVE, Empower).
