Senior Technical Lead – Documaker to SmartCOMM migration

Primary Skill (only One): Documaker to SmartComm migration

Secondary Skill: Documaker architecture and template structure, XML and XSLT

Qualifications & Responsibilities:

• 10+ Years of technical experience in Customer communication management products
• Proven experience in migrating templates from Documaker to SmartComm (Must Have)
• Experience in migration of Templates leveraging automated tools (Good to have)
• Strong understanding of Customer Communication Management (CCM) platforms
• Expertise in SmartComm template design, configuration, and deployment
• Familiarity with Documaker architecture and template structure
• Ability to work with XML, XSLT, and related technologies
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Good Understanding of End to End Communication processes
• Knowledge of automated PDF comparison utilities/tools for migration validation
• Excellent understanding of Branding, compliance and communication standards
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues during migration and post-migration phases
• Collaborate with business and technical teams for requirement clarifications
