Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Customer Communications Management (CCM) Document Specialist to design, develop, and implement CCM solutions using Quadient and Exstream applications. This 18–24 month contract role pays $80/hr and involves collaborating with cross‑functional teams to enhance customer communication processes and deliver personalized, engaging communications. Mid‑Senior Level; Contract; Information Technology.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain CCM solutions using Quadient or Exstream.
• Perform data transformation tasks such as data mapping, XML parsing, and mid-level SQL operations.
• Create and modify templates and layouts, ensuring consistency and compliance with branding guidelines.
• Collaborate with IT teams to integrate CCM applications with other systems and databases.
• Conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure accuracy and reliability of communications.
• Maintain detailed documentation of CCM configurations, templates, and processes.
• Work closely with business stakeholders and end‑users to gather requirements and provide technical expertise.
• Provide training and support to end‑users on CCM applications and best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Proven experience developing CCM solutions with Quadient or Exstream.
• Strong SQL knowledge for data manipulation and retrieval.
• Proficiency in XML and data transformation.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Word for template design and document generation.
