Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires U.S. citizenship with an active DoD Secret clearance.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer engineering, electrical engineering, computer science, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience debugging applications on simulated and target hardware.
• Experience with RTOS such as Green Hills Integrity or VxWorks.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a software development team and manage projects with budgeting and task assignment.
• Plan development and track team status using EVMS techniques and enforce SDLC processes.
• Design and implement object-oriented software, with modeling tools like UML.
• Develop software with modern C++ tools and standards for embedded systems.
• Collaborate with hardware/software interfaces and performance requirements across the system.
• Support all phases of the software lifecycle from requirements to testing and integration.
• Create software test plans and relevant technical documentation.
