Responsibilities include workforce planning, recruiting, mentoring, performance management, and collaborating with stakeholders. Requires a BS in CS/EE, 9+ years in engineering, 2+ years of leadership, and active US Secret

Formación

• Bachelor’s or Graduate degree with years experience as described; minimum 13 years if no degree.
• Minimum 2 years of leading engineering personnel.
• At least 6 years in software development.
• Active US Government Secret security clearance.

Responsabilidades

• Lead day-to-day activities of the Software Engineering team and assign work.
• Guide design and development, manage scope and delivery against cost and schedule.
• Drive embedded software development, establish best practices, and perform code/design reviews.
• Collaborate with other managers to optimize staffing and execution across programs.
• Establish development processes and metrics; mentor and develop talent.
• Contribute to projects as required; participate in proposals and Basis of Estimate.
